This Service Disclaimer governs the use of services provided by SysComp. By engaging SysComp for any service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out below.
All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While SysComp makes every reasonable effort to deliver services professionally and competently, no guarantees are made regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free outcomes, or complete resolution of all technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted under South African law, SysComp shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
SysComp’s total liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the value of the service provided.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all data is backed up prior to any repair, maintenance, installation, or configuration service.
SysComp shall not be liable for data loss unless caused by proven gross negligence.
SysComp may recommend or configure third-party hardware, software, or services. SysComp does not warrant, control, or accept responsibility for third-party performance, licensing compliance, outages, or changes to terms and conditions.
While SysComp applies reasonable security practices, customers acknowledge that no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
SysComp is not responsible for cyber incidents, malware infections, or security breaches resulting from factors beyond its reasonable control.
Remote services require customer consent and adequate system access. On-site services require a safe and lawful working environment.
SysComp reserves the right to refuse or terminate services where conditions pose safety, legal, or ethical concerns.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of SysComp services complies with applicable South African laws, regulations, and municipal by-laws.
SysComp will not provide services that knowingly facilitate unlawful activity.
Any information provided by SysComp does not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice unless explicitly agreed in writing.
SysComp reserves the right to update this Service Disclaimer at any time. Updates will be published on the SysComp website.
